We are looking for new PhD students and have two open projects:

1. Systematic in vivo characterization of MAPK activity and its application in drug discovery.

2. Metabolic regulation of RAS/MAPK-induced cell fate decisions.

We are recruiting energetic and enthusiastic Masters thesis students to carry out projects on:

• Apoptosis during C. elegans germ cell development
• Cell invasion in C. elegans and mammalian cells 
• Genetic- and drug-screens using microfluidic-based methods
• Machine learning for automated image analysis
