I am from Wuhan, China and started my PhD study in October 2018. I am interested in the interactions between Microtubules and nuclear pore complexes on the nuclear envelop. Those interactions rely on some linker proteins and their mutations would lead to development deficiency of male germline cells in Drosophila melanogaster. My project is focusing on identification and characterization of those linker proteins.
