Arianna Cuoco

Arianna was born in Rimini, Italy. She completed her BSc in Biotechnology at the University of Bologna, continued her studies there with a MSc in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology and graduated, after a period abroad at the University of Southern Denmark, in 2022. After her graduation, Arianna joined the Bachmann group at the University of Zurich as a PhD student. Her project is focused on the effect of genetic modifiers, which have been one of her main research interests since the beginning of her studies, with a special focus on ciliopathies.
